Young Black Male Eustress Initiative

THIS PROJECT AIMS TO:

  • Serve as emotional and professional support for students to address mental health challenges

  • Serve as emotional and professional support for student's immediate support system (parents, siblings, etc.)

  • Teach both how to acknowledge, accept, and live with mental health challenges in the educational, community, and home settings.

Men’s Locker Room Talk

Each Wednesday at 8pm EST, we host the Locker Room Talk Conference Call. Any and everything goes in this safe space as we discuss topics pertaining to OUR mental health.

 

Let’s Talk About it mental health awareness gala

The “Let's Talk About It" Mental Health Awareness Gala will be held at the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte, NC. We ultimately want to show support for those in the community living with mental disorders and to encourage everyone not to be afraid to TALK ABOUT IT!

The evening will begin with a networking hour, followed by dinner and the event program starting at 8 pm. We will finish the evening with a night of dancing with a live band and DJ.
